This website is for personal and non-commercial use. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, licence, create derivative works from, transfer or sell any information obtained from this website. You may only download to your personal computer for viewing purposes and print out a number of pages of this web site for your personal use.
Our usual turnaround time is up to 10 working days, when items are in stock. In other cases, where stock needs to be manufactured several weeks may pass. We will not take an order unless we have stock.
All orders are posted via Royal Mail and proof of postage is always obtained. Most orders will arrive within 3-5 days of being posted. For more information, see our shipping page.
All orders are subject to stock and can be cancelled at any time by us within our turnaround time with a full refund.
If you have had a change of heart you must arrange a return with us and pay for return shipping. We will give you a full refund once the goods are received.
We recommend that you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature on receipt, as this insures the package in case it goes missing.
The product will remain your responsibility until it has been signed for at the returns address. We do not accept responsibility for products lost or damaged in the post.
For Faulty Items
If the item received is faulty, please contact us quoting the order number, name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether a refund or a replacement is required. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. If the item is faulty, please return it to us within 14 days of receipt. Refunds cannot be given if the fault is as a result of misuse.
